Whether you\u2019re attending an assessment day or moving through individual interview rounds, here\u2019s a quick guide to the key people you\u2019re likely to meet \u2014 and the role each of them plays in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>1. A Representative from the Recruitment Team<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your journey typically begins with someone from our Recruitment Team. This person is your main point of contact during the early stages and helps guide you through the process. They\u2019ll:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Provide an overview of what to expect<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Share practical information about timelines and formats<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Help answer any general queries you may have<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be present during key touchpoints such as assessment days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Their role is to make sure you feel prepared, supported, and informed throughout your interview journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/span>2. The Hiring Manager<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You\u2019ll also meet the Hiring Manager \u2014 the individual who leads the team that\u2019s hiring for the open role. This is the person you\u2019ll be reporting to if you\u2019re selected for the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The Hiring Manager brings deep insight into the position and is responsible for evaluating:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Your technical or functional capabilities relevant to the role<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      This conversation is often more role-specific, and it\u2019s a great opportunity for you to ask about team dynamics, current projects, and what success looks like in the position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      <\/span>3. HR Admin (Post-Offer Stage)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you\u2019re successful and receive an offer (yay!), you\u2019ll hear from someone on our HR Admin team. They handle all the logistical and documentation-related aspects of the offer, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Providing necessary onboarding information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
